PAYROLL: Is an integrated component of the innovative PeopleManager but can also be installed as a stand alone system. It maintains Employee's pay data (Earnings and Deductions) and manages the payroll process. The features of this module include:
- Tax computation and returns
- Supports the creation of unlimited number of pay elements (allowances and deductions.
- Supports two methods of pay elements setup: Fixed global for organizations with fixed pay grades and personalized for individualized pay elements. Both of which can be set up simultaneously in one organization.
- Loans Management facility including auto loan schedule.
- Generation of pay slips and bank pays advice; Company payroll Summary
- Production of extensive operating and management enquiry/reports for efficient management of the payroll and for effective decision making.
- Provision of Multi-layered access security system to ensure proper user control and data integrity, including detailed audit trial facility.
- Automatic integration to General Ledger.
Employee pay records maintenance i.e. Earnings, deductions which include loans, participatory schemes(NSITF, other pension schemes, etc)
